1. What we store
Your email address, the username and User ID you choose, your escrow records, in-trade chat messages, payout addresses you enter, and notifications. Nothing else.
2. What we never store
We never ask for or keep seed phrases, wallet passwords, or personal identity documents. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes by our auth provider.
3. Who can see your data
Other traders only ever see your username, never your email. Only administrators can see emails, and they view escrow records for dispute handling.
4. Third parties
Blockchain data is read from public block explorers and a blockchain API provider so we can detect deposits and broadcast payouts. Emails, such as password reset codes, are delivered through our email provider.
5. Retention & deletion
Escrow records are kept for accounting and dispute history. Contact an administrator to request deletion of your account data where no open trade depends on it.
6. On-chain transparency
Cryptocurrency transactions are public by nature. Anything sent to or from a vault address is permanently visible on the blockchain.
